Mark Braithwaite moves from 1Life to launch LATC for Sandwell BC

Mark Braithwaite is to sign up for Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council as chief working officer. Braithwaite, previously CEO of leisure administration contracting agency 1Life, will commence with Sandwell on 11 January.
